Working together to address challenges and enhance the health of working lands
NMCEWL is a coalition of over 40 organizations working together to address the challenges facing those working to enhance the health and productivity of New Mexico’s working lands. Our structure consists of a NMCEWL manager under the umbrella of the Quivira Coalition. The NMCEWL Manager oversees the scope and reach of the coalition and coordinates efforts with each of our working groups so that we can more effectively focus on the ways in which we can work together on key issues and programs to maximize the resources we have in New Mexico to improve our soil health, biodiversity, water, and rural businesses and communities.
Our Expertises
Our coalition partners collaborate to offer a multitude of resources to help landowners achieve their regenerative goals. We offer a resource toolkit that acts as a yellow pages of sorts for landowners to connect with organizations to further their knowledge, interest, and action in specific areas of conservation and land stewardship.
